Rule of triangles
Triangles have 3 sides and tend to form stable solid looking compositions.

This image shows clearly three triangles in his arm his leg and the gap Tommy leaves while learning over with is gun. Using the Rule of triangle allows to balance and show simplicity in the photograph. The mood created in this photograph as the sunrises on the broken soldier displaying the metaphor of a new day new start and new chance, He is still alive and that is what matters.

He has used camera control of shutter speed to capture the smoothness of the sea flowing up and down the beach. I could use his work with shutter speed to my own photographs to capture smooth images like the one has taken here. This photograph also reminds me of Rodenchos photograph of the silhouette piano seen further down the page.

This was inspired by Stephen Collins photograph of Tommy with his legs bent and arms up with the girls own personality expressed for inspiration for this photograph.
