The Space taken up by objects or the space in between objects ( sometimes called negative space)
Space

This photograph was taken in St Roberts Of Newminster. The ISO was set to ISO-200 whie the shutter speed was set to 1/150 seconds. The was F-Stop was also set to f/4.5. I was inspired by WIlliam Eggleston for his idea of space. I have isolated the girl in the area and just left scenery. I have taken John Deckers genre of documentary and my camera control skills of shutter speed to capture the action of a moment as scene i have captured and documented the girl takeing photographs of her own. This idea behind this photograph was to replicate Ross Hoddinott profile picture of him holding his camera. However i do not have the black and white filer on as i believe the dark black outfit next to the shiny silver fence contrasts each other well.
This photograph was taken in Silksworth. The ISO was taken on ISO-600 while the F-Stop was set to f/2.8 ( this was to get as much light in as possible to show the detail in the object. The shutter speed was set to 1/80 seconds. This photography follows the rule of thirds by keeping the object on the lines of the grid. The space around the object is a blank white wall this then allows me to show off the main piece and draw all attention towards the object its self.
This photograph was taken at Penshaw lakes. I had the ISO set to ISO-800 while i had the F-stop was set to f/5.6 was set to 1/400 seconds. I have used the image filter effect "Sangria" to demonstrate and express emotions and meaning towards the photo. This photo is inspired by William Eggleston and i took to try and recreate it but yet make it unique and original.

This photograph was taken at New Herrignton. I had the ISO set to ISO-200 while i had the F-stop was set to f/5 was set to 1/550 seconds. This photo captures the element of space as the thorn plant has been placed on the left alignment of the photo ( applying to the rule of thirds) and we see it on its own while the same type of plant surrounds it.
This photograph was taken at Penshaw lakes. I had the ISO set to ISO-200 while i had the F-stop was set to f/8 was set to 1/170 seconds. This photo presents the theme of space as the empty chair sits on the group surrounded by the country that faces the sun. This could be a metaphor of peace and loss and will vary between other people, for example and recently deceased old couples park bench.
